Fundación Argentina ASE and the National Pedagogical University (UNIPE) signed a Framework Collaboration Agreement to develop joint programs and projects on matters of mutual interest. The instrument covers academic, scientific, technical and research cooperation between both institutions.

The signing took place on May 16, 2024, at the University’s headquarters in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The agreement was signed by Juan Recce, president of Fundación Argentina ASE, and Carlos Rodríguez, rector of UNIPE.

The agreement establishes an institutional framework for beginning cooperation and collaboration activities. Its scope can guide future initiatives, but the agreement itself does not amount to the immediate implementation of specific programs, funded projects or research results already achieved.

Within this framework, the parties will be able to coordinate training programs and academic, scientific, technical or research projects connected with common interests. The content, timelines, resources and responsibilities will depend on the specific actions agreed for each initiative.

For Fundación Argentina ASE, this partnership supports its objectives of disseminating scientific knowledge and promoting training opportunities that bring capabilities closer to the community. Cooperation with a public university strengthens the possibility of connecting knowledge production, education and institutional development.

The Framework Agreement therefore provides the formal starting point for a shared agenda. The next step will be to translate this general foundation into jointly defined programs and projects with specific objectives, scope and implementation mechanisms.
