Launch of the PROMOVER program to strengthen local entrepreneurs in Campana
At Fundación Argentina ASE, we are introducing PROMOVER, the new Local Entrepreneur Development Program, an initiative driven by AXION Energy, developed by our Foundation with the collaboration of the Municipality of Campana. The initiative seeks to strengthen local businesses through a comprehensive process of training, support and project development.
PROMOVER is based on a premise: many entrepreneurial ventures have the potential to grow, but need to acquire tools that will help them improve their management, organize their resources and plan their development. The program therefore aims to support participants throughout the entire process, from joining the program to preparing and presenting a final project.
PROMOVER's methodology combines four components: training, personalized mentoring, development of an Entrepreneurial Project, and a final competition and awards stage.
The workshops will cover business models, organization and management, sales and marketing, finance, communication, digital tools and artificial intelligence applied to entrepreneurship. The knowledge acquired will be complemented by mentoring sessions and progressively applied to the circumstances of each venture.
As a result of this process, each participant will develop their own Entrepreneurial Project, a tool designed to organize their venture, define growth objectives, establish investment priorities and formulate a development proposal.
The final stage will be the PROMOVER Campana 2026 Competition. Projects will be assessed by a three-member jury appointed by AXION Energy, in accordance with the criteria established in the Terms and Conditions.
Three financial awards will be granted for investments aimed at strengthening the winning ventures. Beyond the awards stage, PROMOVER's central focus is on the process itself: ensuring that each participant completes the program with new capabilities, better management tools and a stronger project to continue developing their venture.
PROMOVER is part of Fundación Argentina ASE's work on community development, innovation, sustainability and strengthening local capacities. The Foundation particularly promotes collaboration among companies, social organizations and public agencies to develop initiatives that have a positive impact on people and communities.
