Entrepreneurship Development Program | Training, Mentoring and Competition
Driven by AXION Energy together with Fundación Argentina ASE, PROMOVER Campana 2026 is an initiative to strengthen the local entrepreneurial ecosystem by combining practical training, personalized support and recognition of productive projects. Its purpose is to turn skills, knowledge and experience into economically organized, sustainable enterprises with growth potential, contributing to economic independence, the generation of genuine income, and Campana’s social and productive development.
### A results-oriented training pathway
The program is intended for local entrepreneurs who have participated in the Academia Emprendedores Campana and offers a progressive sequence of four workshops. Each stage connects reflection, diagnosis and operational tools with the preparation of an Entrepreneurial Project: a planning instrument that brings together the business's identity, commercial proposition, economic structure and priorities for strengthening it.
Class 1. My entrepreneurial story, my customer and my value proposition. Recognition of the entrepreneur's journey, motivations and identity; identification of customers, needs and distinguishing attributes. This establishes the connection between personal capabilities, market opportunities and the value proposition.
Class 2. From hobby to enterprise. Transition from a personal activity to an organized economic unit: business plan, recording income and expenses, separation of personal and business finances, sales calculations, demand estimates and inventory management.
Class 3. What do I need to grow? Assessment of resources and conditions for expansion: equipment, supplies, training, costs, pricing, margins and investment priorities. The class introduces business formalization, Argentina's simplified monotributo tax system, invoicing, payment methods and digital financial tools.
Class 4. I present my project. Integration of the lessons learned into a coherent Entrepreneurial Project, designed to present its viability, needs and opportunities for improvement to the competition's evaluation panel.
### Mentoring as a support mechanism
Fundación Argentina ASE coordinates a participatory group and individual guidance process organized into four actions: listening to the specific characteristics of each initiative; providing guidance with relevant tools; applying lessons to real problems; and strengthening the final project proposal. Mentoring prioritizes independent decision-making and situated learning, without taking part in the evaluation, which is reserved for an independent jury appointed by AXION Energy.
### Competition, recognition and territorial impact
Following the September call for applications and selection process, workshops, mentoring and project development take place during October and November. In the first half of December, the jury will assess submissions according to the Terms and Conditions and the Official Evaluation Grid. Three prizes of $2,500,000, $1,000,000 and $500,000, respectively, will be awarded; participants who complete the program will receive a certificate of participation.
A fair open to the community and the awards ceremony will conclude an experience that views entrepreneurship not only as an individual initiative but also as a collective capacity to create value, local roots and opportunities in the territory.
